Managing Attorney

Estate Planning. Taxation. Business Planning. Probate.

ABOUT ME

I concentrate my law practice on estate planning for families, advising clients on a variety of estate planning techniques, business matters, tax matters, and charitable planning. My focus is on obtaining maximum liability protection and aggressive representation for my business clients and providing assistance to my clients in accomplishing the best estate planning and asset protection for their families.

I use various techniques to help families and businesses implement an estate plan. I don’t use ‘cookie-cutter’ plans for my clients because each of my clients has unique issues and goals for their family. I’m here to help your family put the right plan in place and the right people in place to protect your plan.

Wealth is a blessing until it causes family fights, increased taxes or creditor claims. In today’s uncertain times, I’m here to help you with individual legal planning to take into account the special needs of your family and to help you protect your hard-earned assets from excess taxes. I also am a committed advocate for your business in contract issues, tax issues, and succession planning.

Skilled and Compassionate Guidance

Everyone worries about an estate plan at some point. Some even postpone the process for far too long because they are overwhelmed with the choices. I’m here to explain what documents that you need to make sure that the estate planning process is easy for you and for your family. I believe in teaching my clients how their plan works and the purpose behind each document.

Having an estate plan is crucial in order to pass on assets as you desire. Most people in blended families don’t realize that without a proper estate plan, a surviving spouse probably won’t inherit all of your assets. Having a tailored estate plan makes sure to protect your spouse and your children from prior marriages. I’m here to be your trusted counselor to help create a plan to take into account the special dynamics of your family.

I’m also here to help explain our changing tax laws. We have specialized techniques that we can put in place to lessen the tax burden on your family, while protecting those assets at the same time. My goal as an attorney is to specially tailor a plan for your family and to protect your assets from creditors and unforeseen tax consequences.
