Bridget A. Sledz, J.D.

Associate Attorney

Estate Planning. Probate. Trust Administration. Business Planning.

ABOUT ME

My practice includes advising clients on estate planning, asset protection, and estate and gift tax planning. It is my goal to create a personalized plan for each of my client’s individual needs and goals. I also advise clients on probate and trust administration matters, guiding executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through the legal process with compassion and expertise.

Prior to joining Loveland & Hurley, PLLC, most of my practice was in commercial litigation, particularly dealing with business disputes. With this experience, I recognize the importance of proactive estate and business planning and anticipate problems that may arise without such legal structures.

Estate planning can be an overwhelming and emotional process. I am here to guide our clients through the important considerations when creating an estate plan and make a difficult conversation as seamless as possible.

In my free time, I enjoy world travel, going to the ballet, baking, reading, and time with friends and family.
