Participants are selected based on qualifications and area of practice. Kimberly is one of only 18 Texas attorneys selected to participate. The Leadership Academy was developed to assist up-and-coming Texas attorneys by providing:

  • Opportunities to meet and network with other Leadership Academy participants and learn leadership skills;

  • Involvement in special projects which may include writing for a REPTL publication or participation at a Section CLE event;
  • Participation in important Section leadership meetings.
