Kimberly Loveland Joins State Bar of Texas Leadership Academy

Loveland & Hurley, PLLC is pleased to announce that our founder, Kimberly Loveland, has been selected for the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section Leadership Academy for 2020-2021. Participants are selected based on qualifications and area of practice. Kimberly is one of only 18 Texas attorneys selected to participate. The participants of the academy will focus on leadership development and different aspects of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law (REPTL) Section’s work.

The Leadership Academy was developed to assist up-and-coming Texas attorneys by providing:

  • Opportunities to meet and network with other Leadership Academy participants and learn leadership skills;
  • Opportunities to be mentored by REPTL Council and Committee Chair members for successful participation in committee leadership;
  • Involvement in special projects which may include writing for a REPTL publication or participation at a Section CLE event;
  • Participation in important Section leadership meetings.

Kimberly values the importance of leadership within the state bar and is honored to be selected to participate in this Leadership Academy. She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and licensed to practice in both Texas and Florida. Her firm, Loveland & Hurley, PLLC, focuses on the uniqueness of every client and family and hopes to educate every client regarding estate planning and probate.
